Not everyone needs in person visits. Maybe you have lots of family and friends around to hold babies, throw laundry in, cook meals, and wash bottles. But none of these helpful visitors know anything about babies born in 2026. Enter your virtual postpartum doula! This is a monthly program where you can receive practical support for questions on newborn education, what’s “normal”, resources, and recommendations. I will also offer emotional support as you process your birth story and navigate the emotional ups and downs of sleep deprivation and becoming parents (or becoming parents again).
This program includes one zoom call per month, plus unlimited text and email support.
