Postpartum Doula Sessions (4 hour minimum): includes education around newborn care and breastfeeding, emotional support, meal prep, laundry & light household chores, and allows you time for napping/self care

(Rates will be increasing to $55/hour on 1/1/2027! If you’re due next year, you can book at the existing rate through the end of 2026!)
Check-in Visits: this is a shorter visit that is usually centered around one issue – sleep, lactation, or newborn care education – and includes follow ups over phone, text, email
